I'M BACK !!!!!!!!!!

Well I'm really behind on this blogging thing, but I'm going to try and get back on track! These last couple of months have been somewhat of a challenge! You see we have added a new addition to the family and it has brought about change! But in a good way! Yes, I'm talking about baby Mack! He is such a joy to have and I honestly can say I'm not sure what our life would be like without him! This time last year we had just found out we were going to have another child and honestly we were scared out of our minds!!!! We didn't know what we were going to do finance wise or room wise! You see we only have a 3 bedroom home and all of the rooms are full!!!!!
But after the shock wore off we made plans for baby Mack. He does have his own baby bed, and HE DOES have his own drawers for his clothes, and He IS JUST FINE!!!!!!! Although all of it is in mommy and daddy's room!(That last comment was for my mom, who is just beside herself that he doesn't have his own room :) All in all we are making it just fine with this arrangement for now!!!!

Some things you just forget when you don't have a little one around, but boy do you remember quickly!!! Like the dirty diapers, the bottles, the crying, the crying, the crying oh I'm sorry forgot what I was saying! Ha!!! Anyway Life is good and God is good! He knows what you can take and doesn't give you any more than that!!!!

Dance, Dance, Dance !

Friday night Emma-Claire had her Gymnastics and Dance Recital in Houston. Here are a few pictures of the night..... Although it was a long night we all enjoyed watching her.... Thanks Nana,Pops,BeBe,Andaddy, Aunt JJ and Aunt Peg-Peg for coming and watching me!!!! Oh of course Will, Daddy,and Momma were there!!

1st Place !

Yesterday we were in Brandon,MS for Emma-Claire's first dance competition. This was the first time her teacher Mitzi had ever taken a group of this age. They did GREAT! They came in 1st place! We were so happy! I'm very proud of each and everyone of those girls.... I wish I had a picture to show but of course I forgot my camera! But maybe I can get a picture from someone that was there. Also the other two groups that came from our dance studio came in 1st and 2nd place. Way to go girls! Keep on dancing!

Hey everyone,
I've put a picture up on the left side of my blog page of a special little boy named Stellan who needs all of our prayers. His mom Jennifer has a blog and I've been following it for a while now. When Jennifer was pregnant with Stellan, she and her husband were told that he had a heart condition and would not live long or could even be still born. But by the grace of God he was born with no problems.... until now...... His heart is having trouble. He is in what the doctors call SVT... I'm not real sure what all this means but I do know that his little heart is beating way too fast...... Go Away Sickness!!!!!!

I'm so ready for warmer weather! For the last three weeks the stomach bug has been lurking over my house and boy am I tired of it! Emma-Claire started us off with this long lasting thing.... Then Will had the stuff...... As much as I tried to stay away from it, it got a hold of me on Sunday night and stayed with me until Monday afternoon...... Not very fun having this and pregnant! Well we thought it was over, BUT OH NO, Carl started last night around 11:30...... His didn't pass like the kids and mine did..... So, you guessed it, we ended up in the ER this morning to get fluids and a shot...... So now as I'm sitting at work, my husband is in the bed fast asleep and I'm hoping and praying that we have seen the last of MR. STOMACH BUG!

IT'S A BOY!

Today we went to the doctor to find out the sex of the baby. IT'S A BOY! We took the kids with us. Will is very happy but Emma-Claire is still not too sure....
Carl and I on the other hand didn't really care. I like Emma-Claire wanted the baby to be a girl just for selfish reasons but I'm alright with a boy......
I had so many girl items that I could get a hold of from friends and family, but now this means I get to start shopping...... Watch out Carl!!!!!!

On a more serious note, please keep me and the baby in your prayers... Dr. Willis told me that I had placenta priva or something like that. He said usually the placenta moves by 20 weeks (which is how many weeks I am) but mine hasn't. So please keep us in your prayers and pray that the placenta moves and I don't have to have a c-section.......

Oh by the way...... His name is Mack Preston Daniel....... I'm almost sure!!!!!

Still Celebrating !

Today we celebrated Will's 10th birthday by going to Starkville to Bulldog Lanes. He had 5 of his friends go, and of course his little sister! They all had a great time bowling and playing the arcade games.

Today is Will's birthday, he is 10! Gosh, where has the time gone! It seems just like yesterday that he was learning how to walk and talk.

Christmas Has Come and Gone

We had a different kind of Christmas this year. Early on Christmas morning I got the wonderful stomach "BUG"! Yes, I was sick ALL day! I did get up long enough to see Santa's arrival and then it was back to the bedroom. Oh my what a depressing day, I cried most of the day!!!!!!! Carl,Will,and Emma-Claire would come to the bedroom door and show me something or just say "Are you feeling better?" I'm telling you this will be a Christmas that I won't forget.
On Friday I was feeling a little better, but not 100%. I think by Sunday I was back to my normal self.

I had a doctors apt. on Tuesday, and everything is going good. I had lost 2 pounds, so I was glad that I didn't get in trouble about my weight. Dr. Willis doesn't like for you to gain too much weight....... I had to have my blood sugar tested also on this visit. I passed but not by much. They like it to be below 130 and mine was 126. So this means that I will get tested again at my next visit, which will be the end of January. Other than that everything else was good. Heard the heartbeat again and it was beating 164 bpm.

We celebrated NEW YEAR'S EVE by going out to eat in Tupelo with some of our family. We went to the Japanese place out by the mall. It was really good and very entertaining. If you haven't been, then you need to try it......

I know it seems like I'm just jumping from one subject to another but it has been awhile since I've blogged and I want to make sure I get everything in.

School started back today for Will and Emma-Claire so now maybe we can get back on tract. I think both of them were ready to start back, but they would never tell you that....

For the few that read this, I will keep you updated on all that goes on in 2009 with the Daniel crew....
